Τῆς ἐρήμου πολίτης καὶ ἐν σώματι ἄγγελος καὶ θαυματουργὸς ἀνεδείχθης θεοφόρε πατὴρ ἡμῶν Αὐξέντιε, νηστείᾳ, ἀγρυπνίᾳ, προσευχῇ, οὐράνια χαρίσματα λαβών· θεραπεύεις τοὺς νοσοῦντας καὶ τὰς ψυχὰς τῶν πίστει προστρεχόντων σοι. Οἱ τὴν σὴν προστασίαν κεκτημένοι, Ἄχραντε, καὶ ταῖς σαῖς ἱκεσίαις τῶν δεινῶν ἐκλυτρούμενοι, τῷ Σταυρῷ τοῦ Υἱοῦ σου, ἐν παντὶ φρουρούμενοι, κατὰ χρέος σε πάντες, εὐσεβῶς μεγαλύνομεν.	We have obtained your protection, O immaculate Lady, and by your earnest entreaties we are saved from calamities. In everything we are guarded by the Cross of your Son. We all dutifully magnify you piously. [SD]

The Cross was set up on the earth, and it touched the heavens; not that the tree reached that height, but that You who were on it fill all things. Glory to You, O Lord. [SD]

Ἐν κυπαρίσσῳ καὶ πεύκῃ καὶ κέδρῳ, ὑψώθης ὁ Ἀμνὸς τοῦ Θεοῦ, ἵνα σώσῃς τοὺς ἐν πίστει προσκυνοῦντας, τὴν ἑκούσιόν σου Σταύρωσιν. Χριστὲ ὁ Θεός, δόξα σοι.	O Lamb of God, you were lifted up onto a cross, made of cypress, pine and cedar, in order to save us, who in faith reverence Your voluntary crucifixion. O Christ our God, glory to You! [SD]

Τὸ ἀναρίθμητον, τῆς ἐξουσίας σου, καὶ τὸ ἑκούσιον, τὸ τῆς σταυρώσεως, αἱ τῶν Ἀγγέλων στρατιαί, ἐξίσταντο καθορῶσαι. Πῶς ὁ ἀθεώρητος, ἐν σαρκὶ ἐμαστίζετο; θέλων ἐκλυτρώσασθαι, τῆς φθορᾶς τὸ ἀνθρώπινον· διὸ ὡς ζωοδότῃ βοῶμέν σοι· Δόξα Χριστὲ τῇ εὐσπλαγχνίᾳ σου.	The regiments of Angels were amazed by the immensity of Your authority and the voluntary nature of Your crucifixion, as they watched how You, who are invisible, were being whipped in the flesh, wishing as You did to rescue human nature from corruption. Therefore they cried out to You, the Giver of Life, “Glory to Your compassion, O Christ!” [SD]

Ἡ ἀπειρόγαμος, ἁγνὴ καὶ Μήτηρ σου, Χριστὲ ὁρῶσά σε, νεκρὸν κρεμάμενον, ἐπὶ τοῦ ξύλου μητρικῶς, θρηνολογοῦσα ἔλεγε· Τί σοι ἀνταπέδωκε, τῶν Ἑβραίων ὁ ἄνομος, δῆμος καὶ ἀχάριστος, ὁ πολλῶν καὶ μεγάλων σου, Υἱέ μου, δωρεῶν ἀπολαύσας; Ὑμνῶ σου τὴν θείαν συγκατάβασιν. Do good, O Lord, in Your good pleasure to Zion, and let the walls of Jerusalem be built; then You will be pleased with a sacrifice of righteousness, with offerings and whole burnt offerings; then shall they offer young bulls on Your altar. Κατατρυφήσας θεόφρον τῆς ἐγκρατείας, καὶ τὰς ὀρέξεις τῆς σαρκὸς χαλινώσας, ὤφθης τῇ πίστει σου αὐξανόμενος, καὶ ὡς φυτὸν ἐν μέσῳ τοῦ Παραδείσου ἐξήνθησας, Αὐξεντιε Πάτερ ἱερώτατε.	O godly-minded Saint, in abstinence you found enjoyment, and you bridled the carnal urges, and you grew in your faith, and you blossomed like a tree in the middle of Paradise, O most sacred Father Auxentius. Who can now worthily describe the struggles and labors you undertook on the earth in order to attain divine enjoyment? From your childhood, you followed the laws of the Lord, and you obeyed His commandments. In your exploits you seem to us like another Job. You were a sojourner in the world and a stranger to all the earth. You practiced fasting with faith, and you loved vigilance and chastity, O most sacred Father Auxentius. [SD]

Ὁ Ἅγιος Ὁσιομάρτυς Δαμιανὸς ὁ νέος, ὁ ἐκ Μυριχόβου Ἀγράφων, ἐν Λαρίσῃ μαρτυρήσας ἐν ἔτει ᾳφξηʹ (1568), ἀγχόνῃ τελειοῦται.	The holy devout martyr Damianos the New from Myrichovos, Agrapha, who witnessed in Larisa in the year 1568, died by hanging.
Ὁ Ἅγιος Νεομάρτυς Γεώργιος, ὁ ἐκ Μυτιλήνης, ὁ καλούμενος Παϊζάνος, ὑπὲρ τῆς εὐσεβείας ἐν Κωνσταντινουπόλει μαρτυρήσας ἐν ἔτει ᾳχθγʹ (1693), ξίφει τελειοῦται.	The holy new martyr George from Mytilene, who was called the Tailor, and who witnessed for the true faith in Constantinople in the year 1693, died by the sword.
