O Lord, I beg You look at my low condition with a compassionate expression. For my life is passing little by little, and I have not done anything to merit salvation. Ὡς τοῦ Κριτοῦ παρόντος, μερίμνησον ψυχή, καὶ τῆς φρικτῆς ἡμέρας, τὴν ὥραν ἐννοοῦ· ἡ γὰρ κρίσις ἀνίλεώς ἐστι, τοῖς μὴ πράξασιν ἔλεος· διὸ πρὸ τέλους βόησον· Φεῖσαί μου Σωτήρ, μόνος γὰρ ὑπάρχεις φιλάνθρωπος.	As if the Judge were present, be anxious, O my soul, and keep in mind the thought of the hour of that fearful day. For the judgment is merciless to those who showed no mercy. So before the end cry aloud, “Spare me, O my Savior, for You are supremely benevolent.” [GOASD]

Τὸ ἀσάλευτον στήριγμα, τὸ τῆς πίστεως, καὶ σεβάσμιον δώρημα, τῶν ψυχῶν ἡμῶν, τὴν Θεοτόκον ἐν ὕμνοις μεγαλύνωμεν πιστοί. Χαῖρε ἡ τὴν πέτραν τῆς ζωῆς, ἐν γαστρί σου χωρήσασα, χαῖρε τῶν περάτων ἡ ἐλπίς, θλιβομένων ἀντίληψις, χαῖρε Νύμφη ἀνύμφευτε.	O Believers, let us magnify the Theotokos in hymns. She is the unshakable support of the Faith, and the venerable gift to our souls. “Rejoice! for in your womb you contained the Rock of life. Rejoice! as the hope of all the earth, and the help of those in trouble! Rejoice, O unwedded Bride!” [SD]
